1 small package of Jello (any flavor)
1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip
1 17 oz. can light fruit cocktail
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Place Jello in large bowl and add 3/4 cup of boiling water. Stir well until dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add 4-5 ice cubes. Put in refrigerator until Jello is firm but not completely firm. Drain excess liquid. Take wire whisk and beat until small pieces, add Cool Whip and beat until blended. Drain fruit cocktail completely and add to Cool Whip mixture - mix well. Put in refrigerator and chill for approximately 6 hours.

This was one of my personal favorites salads Baba made for Christmas Eve! I still love it but it is a large salad and not the healthy type of salad that either :)
