5 c. cut rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 (3oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3 c. mini marshmallows
1 (15.25 oz.) white or yellow cake mix
whipping cream or Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º; grease 9x13 pan.
Spread cut rhubarb in greased pan; sprinkle with sugar and Jello crystals. Spread marshmallows over that. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions and pour over other ingredients. Bake one hour. Cool 10-15 minutes; turn upside down on serving plate. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
