Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups brown sugar-packed
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups butter-soft
12 oz. chocolate chips (I use the milk chocolate, not semi-sweet)
64 caramels
10 tbsp whipping cream (not whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and oatmeal.
Add brown sugar, baking soda and salt.
Add butter (must be very soft).
This is the batter.
Put 3/4 batter in a 13 x 9" pan (smash it down).
Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.

While batter is baking:
Melt caramels and whipping cream.
Remove batter from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Pour caramel mix on top of this.
Place rest of batter on top (pinching the batter and dropping in small pieces works well).
Bake at 350º for about 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Place in refrigerator for fast cooling.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Batter is very hard to mix with mixer, I just use my hands.
