1/2 cup thick plain yogurt
1/4 c. milk
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. capers - optional
3 cups cooked fusilli
1 & 1/2 c. grated medium cheear
2 bell peppers
1 head of romaine
1 tbsp. canola
Optional: some parmesaan and basil or oregano fresh

Preheat the grill to high heat
In a large bowl mix yogurt, milk, garlic and capers
Season to taste, add pasta and half of cheese. Reserve
Brush peppers and lettuce quarters with oil.
cook on barbecue for 4 - 5 minutes and grill lettuce quarters briefly
Cut bell peppers into strips and add to pasta
place lettuce on plates, add pasta and sprinkle with remaining cheese
Note: as a variation you can add other grilled vegetables ie zucchini, mushrooms, corn etc.
Also you can use different types of cheese.
