3 1/2 cups Flour
1 pkg. Yeast
1 1/2 cups hot tap Water
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup flour, yeast, salt and sugar in bowl. Mix.
Add water. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add oil and 1 cup flour. Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
Add rest of flour. Knead 5 minutes, or until dough is not really sticking to hands (add a little more flour if necessary).
Let rise overnight in refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 500º F.

Roll out to desired size.
Bake at 500º for 10 minutes or until lightly brown on bottom.

Check your cookie sheet.....most are only usable to 450º. Find one that you can use at 500º and check manufacturer's directions as far as whether or not you need to grease the pan
