1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can (10oz) cream of celery soup
1/2 lb. cheese, cubed
5-6 large baking spuds
1 c. chopped onion
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine flour and salt and gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Before remove from heat whisk in soup and cheese and set aside. Cut spuds in stick form. Place in a cake pan. Sprinkle with onion. Top with cheese sauce. Bake uncovered at 350º for 55 to 60 minutes, or until tender.
