2 1/4 C. flour
3/4 C. sugar
3/4 C. cold butter
3/4 C. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp. almond extract

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. sugar
1 egg
3/4 C. peach preserves
1/2 C. sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside 1 C. of mixture. To remaining crumb mixture; add the sour cream, baking powder, baking soda, egg and extract; beat until blended. Press onto the bottom and 2 in. up sides of greased 9-in. spring form pan. In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, sugar and egg. Spoon over crust. Top with preserves. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs; top with almonds. Place pan on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes and crust is golden. Cool; run knife around edges of pan to loosen; remove sides of pan. Cool 1 1/2 hours before slicing.
