2 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. butter, room temperature
1 1/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 eggs
1 C. sour cream

Blueberry Filling:
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 C. blueberries
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
Topping:
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon rind. Beat in eggs, then sour cream. Gradually beat in flour mixture until blended. Put 1/3 of the batter into a greased and floured 9” tube pan. Sprinkle 1/ 2 blueberry filling. Repeat layers. Spread on remaining batter. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees 50 minutes. Cool completely.
