1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 C. oil
1 8 oz. container sour cream
Small package instant vanilla pudding
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
24 drops green food coloring
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 8 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained and coarsely chopped
24 drops red food coloring
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted

Directions:

Combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, sour cream and pudding mix. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Divide batter into 3 bowls. Add nuts, green food coloring and almond extract to 1st bowl; drained cherries and red food coloring to the 2nd bowl; melted chocolate into 3rd bowl. Mix each bowl of batter well and pour batter of 1st bowl into a well greased Bundt pan. Do not swirl. Add 2nd bowl of batter. Do not swirl. Add 3rd bowl of batter; do not swirl. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Serve plain or with a drizzle of chocolate glaze.
