2 chicken breasts
Breadcrumbs (enough to coat 4 chicken breasts)
I can't believe its not butter spray
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
8 oz of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 cups of pasta sauce

1. Preheat oven to 425F
2. Cut chicken breast in half to make two separate breasts ( 4 total)
3. Coat each chicken breast with I can't believe its not butter spray
4. Place chicken in bread crumbs and coat both sides
5. Put chicken in a baking dish and put in the oven for 20 minutes
6. In a saute pan on medium heat add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mushrooms. Saute mushrooms until they are cooked.
7. After chicken has cooked for 20 minutes take it out of the oven and top it with pasta sauce, just enough to cover chicken. Top with mushrooms, then cover with Parmesan cheese.
8. Put back in oven for 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

You can serve with pasta to make use of the rest of the pasta sauce, it is a great compliment to the chicken.
