250 ml cream cheese
yellow, red & green peppers
jalapeno pepper
green onion
garlic powder
tortilla wraps
Tex Mex cheese

Directions:
Cream together sour cream and cream cheese. Cream cheese is easier to cream at room temperature. You can easily adjust the amount you make, the cream cheese and cream cheese are always equal. Add garlic powder and mix. Add finely chopped peppers and green onions. My mother uses a garlic press on the jalapeno pepper. The filling is ready! Tastes better if you cover and put in fridge over night. Add about 1/10 filling per wrap. Spread thin. Add Tex Mex cheese on top, and then roll. You can cut right away, or refrigerate and cut the next day. Serve with salsa.
