1 lb bacon
1 small onion
3/4 lb med cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
1 - 500 gram roll salami or pepperoni sausage
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato paste
1 can sliced mushrooms (optional) - cut fine
2 tsp ground oregano
dinner or hamburgher buns

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chopped bacon & onion, drain well. Grate cheese, cut fine or grate sausage. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl or ice cream pail. Add tomato soup, tomato paste & oregano. Spread on buns and broil (or microwave) until cheese melts. This mixture freezes very well.
