6 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 cups chilled whip cream
2 packages cream cheese ( 3 oz each)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups mini marshmallows

Topping:
1 21 oz can of cherry pie filling
16 oz package of frozen strawberries
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 275º. Butter 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until foamy. Beat in 1 3/4 cup sugar one tbsp at a time until stiff and glossy. DO NOT UNDERBEAT. Spread in pan. Bake 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave meringue in oven 12 hours or more.

In chilled bowl, beat whip cream until stiff. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Gently fold in whipped cream and marshmallows into the creamed cheese mixture. Spread over meringue and chill 12 - 24 hours.
Slice into portion size squares. Combine all the topping ingredients and spoon over top of the individual portions when ready to serve.
