3 lbs English or Round bone in beef roast
2 Med chopped onions
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
2 bay leaves
Water to cover

COLESLAW:
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 jar Marzetti cole slaw dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in oil on all sides. Turn over to second side and add the chopped onions, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Add water to cover meat. Add bay leaves and cook over medium low heat until meat is very done, approximately 2 hours. Remove beef from juices and shred meat. Discard fat and gristle. Return the shredded beef to the juices. If needed add more water. Simmer beef in juices 3-4 more hours. Serve on buns with slaw.
