6 oz chocolate chips
2 tbsp margarine
¼ cup corn syrup
2 cups Special K cereal

FILLING:
1 package strawberry Jello
10 oz frozen strawberries
1 pint whipping cream
½ tsp almond extract

Melt chips, margarine, and corn syrup together. Add cereal, stir, and press in a 9" pie pan.

FILLING:
Drain strawberries and reserve syrup. Add enough water to syrup to make 1 cup liquid and heat to boiling. Add jello to syrup mixture, stir until jello is dissolved and chill mixture until the consistency of egg whites.

In a bowl, combine whipping cream and almond extract; whip until soft peaks form. Whip chilled jello until thick and foamy and doubled in size. Fold jello mix into whipped cream. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for a couple of hours so it sets.
