1 Cup dry white wine
2 teaspoons salt
4 (6 oz) halibut steaks
1/4 Cup bread crumbs
1/2 Cup plain yogurt
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup green onions, minced
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate halibut in salt and wine for at least 1 hour.
Drain and dip in bread crumbs.
Place in oiled baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; spread over halibut.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 450º F for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until halibut flakes easily when tested with a fork at the thickest part.
