Crust:
1 3/4 cups crushed graham wafers
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts (optional)

Filling:
4 eggs
2 x 8gram packages of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
3 cups sour cream

Glaze:
1 package frozen strawberries
1 x 19 oz can of cherry pie filling
1 tsp lemon

Directions:

Mix the crust ingredients together well and press down firmly into the bottom of pie plates (this recipe makes 2).

Beat eggs well and add the cream cheese in scoops, one at a time, beating well. Add 1 cup sugar, 1/4 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla and almond extract and beat. Fold in the sour cream.

Pour mixture into the crusts and bake in a 375º oven for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool completely before placing them ing the fridge for approx. 4 hours.

Keep in mind that it only takes approx. 1 hour to make, but you must also allow for the cooling time and 4 hours in the fridge to really set.

This is an amazing, smooth, light cheesecake. It will always be a hit!!
