Ingredients:  
1 pkg puff pastry
1 egg separated
1 c. Jack cheese, chopped into chunks
1 tbsp. fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pastry into squares. Mix cheese chunks, chopped parsley and egg white. Put spoonful of cheese mix on 1/2 of pastry square. Fold diagonally and seal edges. Brush tops with beaten egg yolk. Bake on cookie sheet at 400º for 15 minutes or until brown. Serve warm.
