1/4 c. navy beans
1/4 c. black eyed peas
1/4 c. pinto beans
1/4 c. red kidney beans
1/4 c. split green peas
1/4 c. lentils
1/4 c. great northern beans
1/4 c. lima beans
1/2 can Rotel tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Ham Hock
2 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and soak all beans for 2 hours. cook 1 1/2 hours with ham hock. Then add all other ingredients. Cook 1 hour more. Serve with cornbread and green salad.

Cook 2 tbsp. vinegar in beans to prevent as much gas. Vinegar won't taste in the beans.

2 strips of bacon or salt pork or bits of fat from a ham can be substituted for ham hock.
