4-6 lbs beef tenderloin
1/2 C teriyaki sauce
1/2 C Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp freshly ground pepper

SAUCE
1/2 C prepared horseradish squeezed dry
1 T white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 C whipping cream
1/2 C mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate beef in other ingredients, turning often for 4-5 hours. Bake 425º F for 45-60 minutes for medium-rare meat. Cool 30 minutes and slice thinly. Serve with slider rolls, using horseradish sauce and mustard as condiments.

SAUCE: Combine ingredients and mix well
