CAKE:
Baker's Joy spray
1 C chopped walnuts or pecans
1 box yellow cake mix ( no pudding in the mix!)
1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 C cold water
1/2 C vegetable oil
1/2 C 80 proof light rum

GLAZE:
1/2 lb butter, melted
1/4 C water
1 C sugar
1/2 C light rum

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F. Grease and flour a bundt pan ( or spray with Baker's Joy). Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan. Mix all cake ingredients. Pour batter over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Cool. Invert on serving platter Prick cake generously.

GLAZE: Melt butter in medium saucepan over M heat. Stir in water and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in rum. Drizzle and smooth glaze evenly over tops and sides of cake with a turkey baster. Allow cake to absorb glaze. Repeat until glaze is used up.
