1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (8 oz) ricotta cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 egg, lightly beaten
Lasagna noodles (curly edge), cooled and drained
1 jar pasta sauce

In a small bowl, combine spinach, mozzarella, ricotta cheese, ½ cup Parmesan cheese and egg
Spread approximately 1/4 cup over each noodle; roll up and secure with a toothpick
Place the roll-ups seam side down in a baking dish coated with cooking spray
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking
Pour sauce over roll-ups
Cover and bake at 350º for 35-38 minutes or until bubbly
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese, if desired
Discard toothpicks
