2 cups flour
1 cup margarine
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup sugar
1 to 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and margarine in a bowl. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Beat egg yolk and sour cream together, add to flour mixture, mix well. Chill, covered in fridge at least 4 hours or overnite. Stir sugar and cinnamon together to use instead of flour for rolling out dough. Divide dough into 3 equal balls. Roll 1/3 of dough into circle about 10" in diameter. Cut into pie shaped wedges. Beginning at the outer wide edge, roll towards center. Arrange on a baking sheet close together. Bake at 375º for 25 to 35 minutes.
