Pam's Saucy Lasagne Recipe

Sauce for 3 lasagnes:
3 lbs hamburger
1 1/2 cup onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
1 28 oz tomatoes, diced
2 28 oz tomato sauce
3 5 1/2 oz tomato paste
3 cups water
3 tsp basil
6 Tbsp parsley
3 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
3 tsp oregano
For each of the 3 recipes:
2/3 box of Lasagne noodles (cook if needed)
1 500g cottage cheese
1 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Brown hamburger, onion and garlic; drain. Add all other ingredients, simmer for 1 hour (add 1 to 1/2 cups water if using uncooked lasagne noodles).

Can divide into thirds and freeze for bringing out to make fresh lasagna.

When ready to have lasagne, in 9"x13" pan make 3-4 layers of:
1/4 of Sauce (add water if uncooked noodles)
1/3 of Noodles
1/3 of cottage cheese
1/3 of Mozzarella cheese
1/4 of Parmesan cheese
Can top with sauce and then Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 3/4-1 hour.

I make each Lasagne fresh, takes 15 min to prepare.
