1 cup flour (tea cup)
1 egg
1/2 egg shell water

Directions:
Directions:
Make a well with flour using bottom of tea cup. Crack each egg into well with water.
Stir using a fork combing the walls of the well slowly.

Using hands kneed dough on wooden floured board. Cover and let rest
Kneed again- with floured hands on board
Rest
Cut into slices
roll through machine
Hang over chair/ drying rack until almost dry
Roll through cutting machine
Lay to dry on flat surface
"Fluffing" the pasta a few times
Store in plastic zip lock bags- keep open until completely dry.
Serve with Broth
