1 3 oz. package cream cheese
2 1/2 cup sifted conf. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
With wooden spoon heat cream cheese till smooth, gradually add in conf. sugar, add in vanilla and salt. Add enough coloring to tint a delicate green. Refrigerate covered 1 hour. Roll in coconut. Flatten top slightly with fingers. place on cookie sheet cover with wax paper and refrigerate several hours until firm
