4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved (8 pieces)
8 slices swiss cheese (or other cheese of your choice)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup real mayonaise
1/4 cup apple juice with 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar (or 1/2 c wine)
1 cup bread cubes
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Place chicken breasts in casserole, top with cheese slices. Combine soup, mayo, and apple juice (or wine). Pour over chicken, covering completely.

Toss bread cubes with butter and garlic. Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
