2-3 boxes of Kosher Salt (15 lbs in all)
Large bulb of chopped garlic
Fresh (2) parsley
" "(2) rosemary
" "(2) sage
(Chopped or grated together)
Black pepper (one can)

Directions:
Directions:
Use LARGE POT
Put in salt
Grind up parsley, sage, rosemary, garlic

mix well with hands rubbing salt mixture between hands- add black pepper as you go. mix well

Store in glass Jars
