4 boneless skinless thinly sliced chicken breasts
1/3 c Italian dry bread crumbs (Progresso)
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together. Dredge chicken breasts in the egg and then cheese/bread crumb mixture. Saute in large frying pan in olive oil on medium heat, turning to brown. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over each chicken breast and melt. Serve with Justin's Favorite Spaghetti Sauce
