1 package Uncle Ben's White and Wild Rice
1 envelope Lipton's Onion Soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of water
1 cut up frying chicken or 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wild rice, flavorings package from rice box, cheese, sour cream, mushroom soup and a can of water. Pour into greased 9" x 13" pan. Place chicken pieces over the top of rice - skin side up. (If using cut up chicken breasts, mix in with rice). Sprinkle onion soup mix (dry) over the top. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
