1 large portabella mushroom
1/2 cup Italian dressing

Topping

1 t. olive oil
1 t. garlic
1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 c. julienned onions
2 pats butter
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 pinch basil
pinch salt & pepper
wine for deglazing

Directions:
Directions:
Grill mushroom after first soaking in Italian dressing for several minutes.
Heat olive oil. Add garlic, onions, and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté. Add salt and pepper along with basil until onions sweat. Add chopped tomatoes. Deglaze pan with wine. Add butter and let melt into mix. Top grilled portabella mushroom with topping.
