2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 T. Seasoned salt
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
2 T. finely chopped onion
2 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese come to room temperature. Cream with a fork. Add everything except pecans. Add 1 cup pecans and blend well. Let chill in bowl overnight. Next day form into a ball and roll in remaining pecans
