Ingredients:  
21 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
3 C sugar
1 1/2 C apple cider vinegar
1 C yellow mustard
1/2 C bourbon
1/2 t pickling salt

3/4 C water
1/2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and boil for 3-4 minutes. Make slurry of flour and water. Stir in to mustard mixture. Store in refrigerator or seal in hot jars.

This mustard is great on everything from sandwiches and brats to pork loin. Vary the number of peppers depending on how hot they are and how hot you want the mustard.
