2 packs beef shank
1 large red onion
vinegar and oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put shanks in pot of water- cover the top of the meat. Add a little salt.
as they cook skim off brown stuff on top of water cook till for tender-maybe 45 minute

cool on plate-shred meat from shank bone into bowl
add red onion mix well- add all ingredients

Refrigerate
