1 1/2 lb. cured ground ham
1 1/2 lb. fresh ground ham
2 cups Wheaties cereal
1 cup milk
3 eggs.
salt and pepper

Basting Sauce:
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup. vinegar
1/2 cup water
12/4 cup catsup
1 T. salad mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º F
In large bowl, soak Wheaties with milk and eggs.
With hands, work in ham until well mixed.
add Salt and pepper to taste
Form into two loaves; place in baking pan.
Pour basting sauce over loaves before baking, basting with juice during and after baking.
Bake 1 hour.
