2 C. flour
1 C. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 C. buttermilk
1/4 C. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan. Measure first 10 ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well. Pour into pan; smooth top. Combine 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and butter. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over smooth batter. Using a knife, cut into batter with a swirling motion to give a marbled effect. Bake for 50 minutes; test with a toothpick. Cool 10 minutes in pan; remove to a wire rack to completely cool.

If you don't have buttermilk on hand, substitute whole milk with 1 Tbsp. vinegar to measure one cup.
