⅔ cup uncooked wild rice
4 green onions, sliced
12 stuffed green olives, sliced
1 jar (4 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, quartered
1½ tsp curry powder
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wild rice, drain and cool. In a large bowl, combine the wild rice with the onions, olives and artichoke hearts. Mix the curry powder with the mayonnaise, and add to the wild rice mixture. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until serving time. Garnish with chopped parsley.
