1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust
4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
3 mixed red and green apples (1 1/4 lb.) thinly sliced
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 T. flour
1/4 tsp each cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg or amount to suit your taste
1 tsp. cinnamon sugar
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped topping

Preheat oven to 450º
Line 10 inch pie plate with pie crust.
Carefully spread cream cheese in 6 inch circle in center of crust; set aside.
Mix granulated sugar and flour
Toss sliced apples with granulated sugar and flour; spoon over cream cheese.
Gently fold edge of crust 2 inches over apples, leaving center uncovered. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and apples are tender, covering loosely with foil for the last 5 minutes if necessary to prevent over browning. Cool slightly before removing pie from pie plate.
Serve topped with whipped topping.
