2 medium habanero peppers, chopped
2 medium plum tomatoes
2 small red onions
6 tbsp olive oil
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 can tomato puree
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cups jasmine rice
1 cup french beans, sliced
2 large carrots, sliced diagonally (or any other vegetables)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blend chilies, tomatoes and small red onions in a food processor and put aside
In a nonstick pan heat olive oil; add the sliced onion and cook till tender
Add the tomato puree; cook for 3-4 minutes
Add blended chilies, tomatoes and onion mix to pot
Crumble in chicken bouillon cubes and stir well
Cover and let it cook on medium heat until oil floats to the top
Add jasmine rice and 2 cups of water, stirring it to make sure nothing sticks to the bottom; turn heat to low
Add green beans and carrots to the pot, with 1 cup of water
Cover and let simmer on low heat until the rice is cooked and dry

Serve with Grilled/Baked Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, Portobello Mushrooms
