1-3/4 c. sifted self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1-1/4 c. blueberries
1/3 c. melted Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl combine flour and sugar. Mix well. Combine egg, milk and Crisco and add to dry ingredients, stirring just to moisten. Add blueberries. Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
