1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup water
Cupcake baking tins
Paper or foil cupcake holders

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and place cupcake holders into baking tin
Prepare the box of Duncan Hines yellow cake mix according to the box directions, EXCEPT for the water
Add 3 ripe mashed bananas and 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Add water slowly until batter is thick and pasty (Just use enough water to make the batter pasty. It may not be the whole amount given)
Pour batter into cupcake holders about 3/4 full
Bake 20-22 minutes at 350º
