3/4 tsp. Salt
1/3 c. Shortening
1/4 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour and salt in pie plate, boil water and shortening, add mixture to flour and salt and mix with fork until all flour is moist. Pat into shape and flute edges. Prick crust with fork and bake at 450º for 10 to 12 minutes.

For cobbler dough, roll out on counter and cut into strips. Take knife and run under two stripes at a time. Put strips cross ways and length ways on top of cobbler. These strips may break because they are warm, just lay them in pieces they will look fine when baked
