Onions
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/2 c. Milk
4 tbsp. Corn Meal

Directions:
Directions:
Peel onion's and slice crosswise, soak in water 2 hours in refrigerator. Mix egg, salt, flour, milk, baking powder, and corn meal until well blended. Dip onion slices in batter and deep fry in hot 350º oil until brown.
