1 12 oz. Can Light Domestic Beer
1 tbsp. Salt
1 c. All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp. Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the beer into a mixing bowl. Sift the flour, salt, and paprika into beer, stirring with a wire whisk until batter is light and frothy. Batter may be used at once or after standing several hours. When using this batter, whisk it from time to time to keep it throughly mixed. This will keep for a week in the refrigerator. Dip onion rings in batter first then flour and then batter.
