6 c. sliced cooked potatoes
1 c. sliced unpeeled cucumbers
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. slat
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of pepper
3/4 c. miracle whip salad dressing
Lettuce
red onion, cut into rings
cherry tomatoes
Directions:
Directions:
combine potatoes, cucumber, onion, seasonings, and salad dressing. Mix well. Serve in lettuce lined salad bowl. Garnish with onion rings and cherry tomatoes.
