1 - 15 oz box Crispix cereal
1 - 12-15 oz bag of Fritos corn chips
2 cups cashews
2 sticks butter
2 cup dark brown sugar
½ cup white Karo syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place cereal, Fritos and cashews in a large greased roaster. In a two-quart sauce pan, heat the butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. While stirring, heat to a boiling and boil for 1½ minutes. Pour over the mixed dry ingredients and gently mix the glaze over the cereal mix. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes.

Remove form oven and stir to evenly coat all of the cereal mixture. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool on paper bags or tin foil. Store in tightly sealed containers.
