12 oz lowfat (or regular if you prefer) cream cheese, softened
1 pound cooked and drained sausage (suggest original Jimmy Dean)
1 can Rotel tomatoes (with green chilies, if you like), drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain fat. Melt cream cheese and tomatoes in microwave or stovetop, being careful not to burn it. Add sausage and Rotel and mix.

Serve hot with tortilla chips.

1½ package Jimmy Dean sausage - browned and drained
12 oz cream cheese
Large AND small can of Rotel drained
Small package of Velveeta Cheese

In a saucepan combine the cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes and Velveeta. Heat until melted. Then add sausage.
Makes a lot but can easily freeze.
