4 pkgs. (3 oz.) assorted jello
6 envelopes knox gelatin
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup cold water & lots of boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine one package jello and one envelope knox gelatin. Stir in 1 cup boiling water until dissolved. Pour into a 9x13 dish, coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate for about 20-25 minutes until set, but not firm.

In a small bowl, combine the condensed milk and 1 cup boiling water.

In another bowl add the 1/4 cup of cold water and sprinkle 2 envelopes of knox gelatin over the cold water. Don't mix just allow to stand for about 1 minute then stir in 3/4 cup boiling water and then add in the milk mixture.

Spoon 1 cup of creamy gelatin mixture over the first layer of jello. Refrigerate for another 25-30 min until set but not firm.

Prepare the next color of jello just the same as the first and then add another layer of milk mixture and so on and so on until all 4 colors of jello are done. Top layer is jello not milk mixture.
