2 lbs. stew meat
1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 4 oz. cans mushrooms with juice
2 stalks celery cut in 1/2" pieces
3 carrots cut in 1/2" pieces
1 c. red wine
1 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
Note: I add more carrots and celery

Combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Shake in bag with meat. Dredge in butter. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook till onions are tender. Add next 6 ingredients. Cover; simmer 2 hours. Serve over rice.
