1 lb. ground beef
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can Rotel
3 cans Ranch style beans with jalapeņos
3 cans Minestrone soup
Chili pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef and onion together. Sprinkle taco season on meat. In a crock pot combine beans, soup and Rotel. Season to taste. Heat in crock pot for at least 1 hour. Add the cooked meat and season to taste. Serve with corn bread, Fritos or cheese.
